I have a wide variety of packages that include most of my popular therapies.
All these pamper packages will offer you a truly luxurious, uplifting, relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We are working through your bodies energy centres and meridian lines, we are stimulating the blood supply, removing blockages and balancing your body to give you best possible outcome.
All the products I use are all made from natural ingredients and sourced from local businesses.

Serenity - 80 minutes
Our serenity package brings peace of mind and peace of body. 30 minutes Indian Head Massage - massage covering the upper back back, shoulders, neck & scalp massage, bringing peace of mind. This is then followed by 45 minutes of Reiki, balancing the body's energy centres bring peace of body

Chakra Balance Pamper - 90 minutes
Are you feeling tired, drained, no get up and go, your body feels like a lead weight? Then the chances are your chakras are blocked or unbalanced. This package this sort that for you! We start with a 30 minute Indian head massage ( you can swap this out for a natural lift facial massage), 30 minutes under the crystal light bed and finish with 30 minutes of reiki. This is a very powerful session!

For this pamper you're getting 2 therapies with the 3rd one free - Saving of around £40! Combine 3 therapies of your choice to make up your very own bespoke Pamper package. Choose from - Reiki, Reflexology, Swedish Back, neck & shoulders massage, Thai foot massage, KCR, Natural lift facial massage, Indian Head Massage, Sound therapy massage, Hopi ear candles, Crystal light therapy bed or Infrared Sauna. As an extra special treat Reflexology & Thai foot massage will also include a foot moisturiser. Natural lift facial massage will include a moisturising face mask & serum.

Anxiety Ease - 2 hours
I hear so many of my clients mention anxiety and more so in the last few years. Each session will be tailored to your needs. We’ll discuss what’s going on and then decide between us what’s best suited to help you. I will use a mix of the following - Reiki, crystal healing, back, neck & shoulder massage, tuning forks & sound All of these therapies are very effective on their own, but mixed together we’re creating something really powerful and at the end of the session, I’ll show you some techniques that are proven to help reduce anxiety.
