This professional Reflexology training combines home study with practical, hands-on learning, allowing you to build your confidence at your own pace before attending your practical training day.

What You Will Learn On This Course

During this Accredited Reflexology Course you will gain a thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Reflexology.

You will learn about the history of Reflexology, how the therapy has developed over the years and the different theories explaining how Reflexology may work.

The course also covers the anatomy and physiology relevant to Reflexology, helping you understand the major body systems and how they relate to the reflexes found on the feet.

You will study the reflex maps of the feet, learning how each reflex corresponds with different areas of the body. As well as learning the location of each reflex, you will also develop the practical skills needed to perform a complete Reflexology treatment with confidence.

The training includes client consultation, observing and assessing the feet, contraindications, contra-actions, professional standards, hygiene, aftercare and adapting treatments for different clients.

During your practical training you will learn a complete Reflexology routine step by step, giving you the confidence to provide a relaxing and professional treatment that flows naturally from beginning to end.

To support your learning, you will also receive a comprehensive training manual and a full demonstration video of the Reflexology routine, allowing you to revisit the techniques whenever you need a refresher.

How the Course Works

The Reflexology course is completed in two parts.

Once your place has been confirmed and your deposit has been received, you will receive your comprehensive training manual. This allows you to study the theory section at home in your own time before attending your practical training.

You will also complete a short theory assessment before your practical day, helping to reinforce your learning and prepare you for the hands-on training.

Once you have completed the home study, you will attend a 7-hour practical training day, where you will learn the complete Reflexology treatment routine through demonstrations and supervised practical work.

Class sizes are deliberately kept small (2 people) to ensure every student receives plenty of individual guidance, support and hands-on practice throughout the day.
