A sound bath has many health benefits. Waves of soothing, echoing sound from crystals or Tibetan singing bowls. chimes, hand drums, tuning forks, and the human voice can also be used.
Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body.
Sound Baths can have a soothing effect on the mind and body and help ease symptoms for many conditions, including chronic pain, stress, insomnia, depression, anxiety and PTSD.
During a sound bath you lie on your back and let the waves wash over you. The vibration from the bowls allows you to fully relax and sitting off the bodies fight or flight reflex.
A session can be 30 minutes to an hour long.
I provide you with either individual 1 to sessions, couples or family groups (bubbles).
I also provide group sessions in the workplace or at functions. This is dependant on tier/covid restrictions. There must be enough room for each participant to be 2 metres apart. Please contact me directly if you wish to discuss this option further.
