Welcome to Peace Of Mind Therapies. Here’s a little bit about us. My name is Pauline and I’m based in Inverness in the heart of the Highlands, Scotland. I offer a selection of Holistic Therapies and Hypnotherapy. I like to think that I help my clients find balance, peace and harmony in their mind, body and soul through a mix of heart-centred therapies and holding space for them.
My Holistic Therapies are for women only. My hypnotherapy services are open to all.
Peace of Mind Therapies opened for business on the 11th of November 2016 and I work from a purpose built cabin in the garden (Zen Den). Over time I noticed a lot of similarities cropping up. Clients all seemed to have one thing in common. They all wanted to find peace of mind, they wanted less stress, less anxiety…..So that’s how my business name came about.
All the therapies I have will offer you peace of mind in some way or another.
The treatments I offer
I’m delighted to be able to offer you a variety of different treatments from Reiki, Reiki Classes, Hypnotherapy, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage KCR (Kinetic chain release), CTR (connective tissue release), Infrared Sauna with chromotherapy lighting, Facials, Reflexology, Sound Therapy, Pamper Packages, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear candling, Meditation classes & Soundbaths.
I’ve been practising Reiki since 2003 and teaching it since 2006. Reiki is my first passion, and I love teaching and passing on this wonderful therapy.
When I decided to pursue this line of work further, I decided that I needed to add some more treatments. So I have spent a lot of time learning some new skills that I can offer to my clients. 7 years on and I’m still learning new skills.

At Peace of Mind Therapies building a good relationship with all my clients is very important and you can be assured that I will respect your privacy at all times. I always take time out to sit and chat with all my clients so that they feel at ease before undertaking any therapy/treatment with me.
Your therapy/treatment will be fully explained to you beforehand.
I am fully insured and a member the National Hypnotherapy Society.
Payments
Peace of Mind Therapies accepts cash, bank transfer or gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are available on request, so why not treat that special person in your life to some well deserved pampering.
